cancellation policy
Please note that we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and reschedules!
•Cancellations are accepted 24 hours or more before appointment time.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
•Cancellations made 2 hours or less before scheduled appointment will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled service.
•Abbreviating your service upon arrival, with no notice, will result in 100% charge of that service abbreviated. (ex: being scheduled for a mani + pedi and cancelling pedi at time of arrival)
•No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service, and will not be able to schedule future appointments.
**A credit card is required to hold your appointment. It will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. We are not able to schedule future appointments when until payment of cancellation fee is properly made **
late policy
We understand that unforeseen things happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you at the time of your appointment. However, if you are 10 or more minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or abbreviate your scheduled services.
gift card policy
Gift cards can be purchased at Slate Nail Parlour or online. If purchased online, gift cards can be printed or emailed to the recipient. All gift cards purchased will be automatically saved to the recipients account at Slate Nail Parlour.
**Gift cards are nonrefundable**
